In this 6-week series, learn simple ways to bring meditation and mindfulness into your life… and why those concepts are important for mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
Each 1-hour session will allow you the time and space to explore your understanding of and connection to meditation, as well as provide opportunities to understand your personal meditation challenges and triumphs.
You will need a journal for this workshop series, as well as any items for comfort during the classes (meditation cushions, blocks, etc.) Chairs will be available upon request (in-studio events only).
