This teacher training workshop is designed for yoga teachers who have experience teaching yin and restorative yoga and who wish to refine their skills in all types of classroom or private teaching situations. The weekend begins with an online/in-person yoga nidra training session and will continue with yin yoga and restorative yoga clinics to provide real time, classroom experiences for instruction and learning. We will be on the floor, moving in and out of postures, developing a deeper understanding of these practices, postures, and sequences… and alternatives or variations to fit ALL students’ needs.
