Friday Yappy Hour Yoga at Samskara Yoga & Healing
Come on, get YAPPY!
Join us for a fun, furry, and frisky flow featuring our favorite friends, puppers, & pooches! We’ll do some downward dogs, upward dogs, and sleepy savasanas while our little yappers get to know each other, too.
After class ends, meet animal communicator, Linda Horn, with Pawsitive Angels (www.pawsitiveangels.com) and chat about your pets and their needs!
Dogs and yogis are asked to respect “dog park” rules – if your pup doesn’t play well with others, please keep them at home. All dogs (and their people) are welcome to inspect the facilities prior to the event (there’s a Petco just a few doors down, too!) and meet our recent rescue, Arlo the Chalupa.
