Teen Yoga for Anxiety

Anxiety can present itself through challenging behaviors, poor attention, falling grades, or general feelings of worry and unease. Our kids are facing more pressure to succeed and survive than ever before. While yoga is not a cure, it can be one of many tools we use to help our children learn safe ways to process emotions, anxiety, and stress.
Yoga for Anxiety combines physical activity, breathwork, and social-emotional learning techniques in a way that is accessible for young adults, teens, and some tweens. Please contact us for more information.
