Time: Friday 6-9 PM, Saturday 8 AM – 4 PM, Sunday 8 AM – 4 PM + 10 hours of optional mentoring. EST Time Zone (recordings will be available).

This teacher training workshop is designed for yoga teachers who have experience teaching yin and restorative yoga and who wish to refine their skills in all types of classroom or private teaching situations. In this hybrid online/in-person teacher training workshop, we will discuss and practice leading various types of meditation, explore yin and restorative yoga postures and sequences to provide real time, classroom experiences for instruction and learning. We will be on the floor, moving in and out of postures, developing a deeper understanding of these practices, postures, and sequences… and alternatives or variations to fit ALL students’ needs.
