In this 3-hour workshop, you will be given tools to explore what Mind-Body-Spirit alignment means, why it is important to maintain that alignment, and how to achieve it in your life.You will learn:
- The true meaning of Alignment
- How the Mind, Body, and Spirit interact
- Using the Soul Color to understand your current state
- Using the Soul Color to achieve alignment
You will also receive a personalized, Self-Assessment of current Mind, Body, and Spiritual state and a Soul Color Drawing from Caralyn (full readings may be scheduled after the workshop).
