September Yoga in the Park at Brambleton Eat Loco Farmers Market

Join us this September for Yoga in the Park! We’ll be on the grass at Legacy Park in Brambleton bringing yoga, mindful movement, meditation, and more to your favorite Farmers Market. Family & Pet-Friendly. Please RESERVE YOUR SPOT AT CLASSES.SAMSKARA.YOGA so that we know how many people to expect! We will also be collecting donations for our Community Yoga Fund that benefits local school schools.

9 AM: Ashtanga Primary Series w/Jerome

10:30 AM: Meditation

Please note: if weather conditions are too cold, we will hold a community meditation, drum circle, or sound bowl vibration experience instead of a yoga class.
