Discounts available for Hometown Heroes (veterans, military, first responders, LCPS/FCPS teachers, 55+ humans). Total cost includes free classes at Samskara Yoga & Healing during the course of training plus mentoring hours once the program is complete. Payment plans are available.
CEU modules will be announced soon for the Spring 2020 session, including Teaching Ashtanga Yoga, Teaching Vinyasa Yoga, Yin & the Subtle Body, and Creating Inclusive & Accessible Yoga Classes.
