Yoga and meditation have been proven to benefit children in a multitude of ways.
As yoga teachers, we love to learn right alongside kids, and they teach us just as much as we teach them!
Our 2018 kids yoga classes are now forming, and we need your input!
Please let us know your preferences in the form below!
Classes are 45 minutes long.
Kids Yoga (Ages 6-12): No parent required (but you are always welcome!).
Parent & Me (Ages 0-6 – PreK): For the smaller yogis.
Teen Yoga (13 & up): Middle school and high school yogis!
