What can you expect? Guided meditations, warm healing snacks, weekly ritual, touching base, a new topic of discussion to touch-base with your inner knowing, movement therapy, and a forum for creativity, journaling, and artistic exploration.

Please bring a journal, pen, yoga mat, pillow/blanket, water or mug for tea. Nurslings welcome.

We meet on Mondays, 10:30 AM – 12 PM

Facilitated by Clarke’ Snell, Birth and Post-Partum Doula, Herbalist in Training, and Circle Facilitator

Clarke’ Snell is a birth worker (birth & post-partum doula as well as a group childbirth educator), herbalist, organic farmer (in training), and figure skating coach (what a combo it is) based in Loudoun County. She is also a daughter, life partner, mother, and most likely the friend making you pancakes on Sunday morning. The foundation of her work is in the belief that when we can trust and should trust ourselves, hold space for one another’s healing, and that when we come together in community, in circle, and in sisterhood, we recharge both the individual, the family, and the community. Clarke’ loves using meeting circles as a healing and connecting modality after experiencing transformation in Wild Women circles in the past. Come be heard, practice movement therapy, discuss the taboo, create connections, and learn together.
