Meditation for Beginners Workshop at Samskara Yoga & Healing
A meditation practice can be challenging to begin, start again, or strengthen – even for the most devoted practitioner. Meditation is a life skill that can help reduce stress and anxiety, ease depression, and encourage a deeper understanding of the self and the world we live in.
In this beginner meditation workshop, you will learn three types of meditation and how to prepare for each, including how to begin and finish a meditation. We will also discuss meditation journals and other tools for mindfulness.
