Accessible Yoga Teacher Training Workshop – 10 CEUs for RYTS

This comprehensive 10-hour Workshop guides Yoga Instructors through the intricacies and special considerations needed when teaching yoga to our deaf/hard of hearing friends. Absolutely no Sign Language experience is required.

The workshop is designed for hearing (non-deaf) Yoga Instructors who wish to strengthen their own teaching. It will familiarize participants to the deaf experience and unique aspects of deaf culture, cover why these special considerations are necessary, and importantly enable the Instructors to move forward with their ability to teach to the deaf/hard of hearing in their own communities.
