Learn the basics of aerial yoga practice in this Dulles area workshop
Discover how aerial yoga and wellness can benefit your current yoga practice, whether you like hot, sweaty yoga styles or slow and low to the ground yoga, or anything in between! This workshop will teach you the basics of an aerial movement practice so that you can confidently step into a hammock (literally) in a classroom or in your own home. Not a yogi? You’ll learn the basics for aerial fitness for pilates, barre, or other aerial workouts.
We will have a full intro-level aerial class, plus a guided meditation in the hammocks, and time for questions and discussion. Please bring water and take a look at our aerial waiver (scroll to the bottom of this link) and guidelines to learn more about what to expect!
