Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga yoga is an eight-limbed system that encompasses more than the physical practice of yoga (asana or postures). Ashtanga asanas or postures are repeated in the same order in each class providing students with a deeper insight into the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual changes that may occur over time. Ashtanga classes include no music, except for the sound of your breath. Ashtanga classes are perfect for all levels.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow yoga links breath to movement in a class. We build internal heat through breathing techniques based on Ashtanga yoga, add in creative asana sequencing and music that will keep you motivated through savasana. Power Vinyasa yoga classes are all levels, ages, and abilities.

Vinyasa Foundations (Beginner/All-level)

Vinyasa foundations classes are a slower, more in-depth approach to the physical practice of yoga. We teach foundational yoga postures, slow flow vinyasa sequences, and a gentle breath-to-movement experience that works for beginners, and power yoga fans.

All levels and bodies can create their own understanding of a pose or asana, in a comfortable, non-judgmental environment for exploration and discovery.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is the complement to yang styles of yoga, such as vinyasa flow, power vinyasa, or Ashtanga yoga. In most yoga classes, students experience yin postures prior to the final resting pose (savasana), allowing the fascia and connective tissues around the joints and muscles to strengthen. These slower postures encourage flexibility and range of motion. Yin yoga is accessible to all levels, all ages, and all abilities.

Samskara Stars! Kids Yoga

A kids yoga practice allows little ones to begin a journey of understanding their own minds, bodies, and spirits. From creating fun shapes with their bodies to discovering tools to self-regulate and calm their minds, kids yoga is a co-creative experience, where we all meet on the mat without judgment, and with a lot of fun. Kindergarten-Middle School (parent drop-off class).

Samskara Stars! Mindful Movement

Our Mindful Movement classes are for the younger yogis who need more hands-on activities and different styles of movement. Each class will allow our Samskara Stars! the chance to breathe, create, and discover their own strengths. Ages 4 and up (parent drop-off).

Parent & Me

Yoga means connection, or to join. As parents, we struggle to find time to just BE with our little ones. Parent & Me yoga classes offer the time and intention of practicing yoga together with your little one(s). Share your time on the mat, laugh and grow together in love and play in our kid-friendly, parent-supported class.

Family/Homeschool Yoga

Based on our Balanced Body Movement & Awareness class, Family/Homeschool yoga is an opportunity for all ages to get on their mats together to begin or enhance a current yoga practice.

Balanced Body Movement & Awareness

This class allows you to understand your body’s needs in a non-judgmental space, where all levels participate and grow together. Students can discover strength and release in each practice Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced.

Sport Recovery/Injury Prevention Strength & Stretch

Strengthen muscles and stretch connective tissue through exercises, techniques, and breath awareness. Allowing the body to recover from sports or high-intensity activity is essential for performance and wellness, before, during, and after any game or practice. Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced


High performance, high-intensity interval training combined with yoga for core strengthening and recovery. Bring a towel.
