VINYASA FLOW & VINYASA FOUNDATIONS
Vinyasa Flow yoga links breath and movement through postures and sequences that build heat, improve flexibility, and get your heart and spirit racing. We flow with and without music or playlists and our classes may be heated to a reasonable temperature (no HOT yoga). Vinyasa yoga classes are all levels classes, but practitioners should understand their own limitations and utilize posture modifications as needed. Intensity level: moderate to high.
