Upcoming Events

All In-Studio Classes adhere to the latest Virginia COVID-19 guidelines including:

  1. Mask recommendations.
  2. Current state-mandated occupancy & personal/social distance guidelines.
  3. Regular cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces.

In-studio class policies:

  • You must reserve your spot in In-Studio classes at 30 minutes in advance.
  • We follow Local, State, and Federal COVID guidelines for masks, personal space, etc.
  • You must leave your belongings (shoes, bags, etc.) in the hallway outside of the studios.
  • You are expected to arrive for your in-studio class at least 15 minutes prior to the published start time, as we lock the doors before beginning any classes. If you are late, you may forfeit your spot and/or your class fee.
  • We do not supply shareable yoga mats, blocks, or other props and technology. Please bring your own mat and gear (we do have limited supplies available for purchase).
  • To ensure our teachers are paid for their time, if you cancel your reservation less than three hours prior to the class start time, you will still be charged for that class pass. No exceptions or refunds.

 

Livestream/Zoom class policies:

  • You must reserve your spot in our Virtual/Livestream/Zoom classes at least one hour in advance. 
  • Zoom classes are held live and are never recorded. We will open up the Zoom classroom at least 15 minutes prior to the class time.
  • You will receive the link to the class (via email only) at least an hour prior to the class start time. If you have not received your link, please text us at 571-354-6165.
  • To ensure our teachers are paid for their time, if you cancel your reservation less than three hours prior to the class start time, you will still be charged for that class pass. No exceptions or refunds
